Lance served for almost 7 years on the Lincoln County Fair Board.  He has been a volunteer fire fighter for approximately 40 years and has served in most officers positions in the Thayne Volunteer Fire Department.  He was elected to serve in the Mid-Valley Fire District as a Director in 2020 and again in 2022.
